When commissioning a portrait, it's important to provide high-quality photos that are in focus, with the subject's face size being large enough to capture their unique features and eye detail. Soft, diffused lighting is ideal, as harsh lighting or darkened rooms can create unwanted shadows and distortions. While lower-quality photos can be used, the better the photos supplied, the more accurate and detailed the final portrait will be.
Please note that the current turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks from receiving the photographs and payment, although it may be longer during busy periods. plus 7-14 days shipping UK or longer overseas. Once the portrait is completed, a preview will be emailed for approval before shipping. If the portrait is needed for a specific date, please let me know at the time of order, especially for UK-based occasions. If the portrait is needed earlier than the estimated time frame, please contact me before ordering to check availability. I don't want any disappointments!!
All portraits are shipped from the United Kingdom, with overseas orders usually taking 7-14 working days via Royal Mail, although delivery time may be longer. If the portrait is being ordered for an overseas occasion, please email me for Express delivery options and I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted are for personal portraits only, and I do not sell copyright for business use. Portraits are shipped in a pizza-style box and securely packaged for overseas delivery. They are drawn on thick, professional-grade white paper and sold unframed.
